Garlic Parmesan Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes
- 5 large potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel and quarter and boil potatoes in salted water.
- Warm milk, butter and garlic in a pot until butter is melted.
- When potatoes are fork tender, mash with potato masher or with hand mixer.
- Add in milk mixture and continue to blend.
- Stir in sour cream, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
