Today is the day….my cleanse begins (2 precleanse days and 9 days cleanse days)
I woke up late and had to rush the kids to school like a crazy person!! Once I got home, I made myself my shake and took my accelerator —–
Sorry it is in mirror image…wasn’t sure how to fix that.
I was very full and the shake was frothy and very chocolately. I blended it with ice cubes and water in my blender. I checked everything off of my daily check sheet. (I love this because it reminds me of when to eat and what)
Two hrs later I had an isadelight (green tea infused milk chocolate) for a snack. The ideas is to keep your blood sugar level up. (I only had one snack in the morning, because I ate breakfast late)
Then after errands, running to my hubby’s office and cooking lunch for the kids. I was able to sit down and have my lunch. It was delicious!
My meal needed to be 400-600 calories and my goal is to aim for the 600 so I can be fuller longer. I also took another accelerator.
1/2 cup chicken 139 calories
Amy’s meal 390
1 cup mixed berries 48
I have 2 more snacks (isagenix snacks+ some almonds) then a shake for dinner, and then 2 more snacks.
It is recommended that you exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. So I am off to Zumba tonight for a 55 minute class.
I went to Becky’s this morning for baby playgroup and she took my before pics! (you have to wait for those) and my measurements.
Here are my stats day 1
Upper arm: 13 3/4 inch
Butt: 38 (I have really small hips)
Upper thigh: 23 1/2
