Prepping for my Isagenix 9 day cleanse!

Okay so I am starting the Isagenix 9 day cleanse on Monday. I have always been afraid of cleanses. Most people think of nasty maple syrup concoctions or something that makes you stay in the bathroom all day. I am not in to that, at all. Yes, you may get a quick fix, but I am sure that once you eat an apple you gain it all back. My friend and Zumba instructor, Becky, has been a Isagenix coach for a year and almost everyone in my Zumba class has done multiple cleanses with her. I watched, researched and observed quietly. I wanted to make sure that these people were not dying during the cleanse, going on a eating binge at 1:00 in the morning and actually keeping the weight off. Most people take off 7-11 lbs, but some take off up to 20! Now obviously if you go crazy and pig out on everything in site once your done, you will gain it back, but it you stick to your healthy eating, like ww, you can keep it off! Its also all natural…which I really like.
Everything looked good and so do the people who do it…..so I am taking the plunge on Monday morning!! My sister and her hubby are starting after their vacation!
I will be posting daily on what I am eating and meal ideas.

I am going to the grocery store today to stock up. Now I am sure there are people who throw a chicken breast on a cup of rice with some almonds and spinach and berries and call it a meal. I personally am way to much of a foodie to do that. So I am going to create some yummy meals! I already have some brewing in my head!!
I will post my measurements tomorrow and take my before pics (but you can’t see those until the end)
My goal is 10 lbs and getting rid of my caffeine and sugar cravings. I will still be doing weight watchers after to keep a healthy lifestyle!
