I love peanut butter. It is delicious. I love it on sandwiches, apples, bananas, crackers and on a spoon. But, as we all know it can be very high in points and bad for our waist lines. So I discovered something amazing…...PB2. It sounds strange…powdered peanut butter…but it is soooo good. I bought it on amazon. I got regular peanut butter and the chocolate peanut butter and both are awesome! You can mix them with water to make a spreadable peanut butter or add the powder to recipes. I have sprinkled it over popcorn for a yummy treat, but my favorite way is in my 3 point smoothie and in my “peanut butter cup Blizzard”.Um yeah and it is only 1 point + for 2 tablespoons!!!
So first off you must try this smoothie….It is filling and delicious.
Peanut Butter, chocolate, banana smoothie!!!
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 packet truvia
- 1 banana
- 2 tbspoons PB2
- 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- tons of ice
Blend well and enjoy only 2 points +
Peanut Butter Cup “Blizzard”
- 1 sugar free dark chocolate jello pudding cup
- 2 tbspoons pb2
- 1 frozen banana
Blend and enjoy!!! 3 points +
